We can then manage the interview schedule, offer, negotiation, relocation (if needed), and background and reference checks, so that your time is minimized in the process.
Our searches are Retained or Contingent with most being Contingent. With Contingent Searches you don’t owe us anything until the candidate has accepted the offer. We have total confidence in the candidates you hire through us and we will replace them if they do not work out.
